My aunt's mother gave me this recipe one day when we visited her house at 7:00pm after a long journey. We were very hungry as we hadn't eaten a thing. These wraps were delicious and quite easy to make.
For the filling:
200g string beans
1 clove garlic
2 tbs oil
For the dough:
1/2 cup water
2 cups flour
1 tsp oil
In a shallow pan pour oil and wait until it heats up. Chop garlic into small pieces and fry in oil until golden brown.
Cut carrot, capsicum, string beans, onion and potato into julienne cuts and add them to the sauteed garlic.
Cook the chicken and add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken to the vegetables. Scramble eggs and add to the vegetable mixture.
Mix hot water,flour and oil.
Make small balls and dust them with flour. Roll the balls out to make them completely flat.
Heat them one at a time in a pan until cooked.
Put 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture into the thin bread and roll them up. Serve warm.
