Toads in a Hole

Kids love this and really enjoy finding the little toads hiding in the hole!

Ingredients

6 eggs whisked briefly
6 sausages
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon flour
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to garnish

Instructions

1. Mix mustard and flour with the eggs.

2. Cut sausages into about three pieces using kitchen scissors.

3. Pour egg mixture into a non stick casserole dish and add the sausages.

4. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 40 minutes or until the egg has set.

5 Garnish with parsley....enjoy.
