Texas Special Breakfast Tacos

No matter where you live, you can make these Texas tacos for breakfast.
2 slices of bacon
1 sliced up sausage
3 slices of cucumber
1 teaspoon of horse radish
4 taco shells
Fry bacon and sausage. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain oil. Cook scrambled eggs in same pan with a little oil.
Next spoon bacon and sausage slices and scrambled eggs into the taco shells. Add cucumber slices. Top with horse radish (optional) or taco sauce.
This feeds up to 2-3 people depending on how much you make.
