Special Dog Treat Icing Recipes

Every cookie has has the perfect icing and topping so why not have that for your doggy.It's miss leading because I don't actually have a dog but I make dog treats and other pet treats to raise money for animal shelters in the area,and some cookies I decided to use icing to make them look better and taste better for the dogs of course.

Easy Peanut Butter Icing

1/4 cup peanut butter Smooth (depends how many cookies being iced)
3 tablespoons honey
1 red apple

Mix honey and peanut butter together. Thinly spread icing on cool cookies. Finely dice apples into small cubes and sprinkle on top of peanut butter icing.

Puppy's Banana Flavored Cream Cheese Icing

12 ounces regular cream cheese
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoon food coloring(optional)
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons peanut butter
1 carrot or 5 baby carrots

Mash banana up and add cream cheese mix altogether now add peanut butter if using food coloring add 1 or 2 drops to get the right color be sure to clean up right away food coloring stains so keep wet towel handy. Finely dice carrots into small cubes.Spread icing on top of cookies add carrots on top of icing and sprinkle cinnamon.
