Make your own omelet. It's super easy.
1 capsicum/green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1/2 boiled potato (cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup boiled chicken
1/4 cup cottage cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 Tbsp oil
Black pepper as required
Salt to taste
Beat eggs in a bowl. Put capsicum, onion, tomato, potato, boiled chicken, salt and pepper in it and mix.
Heat the fry pan. Put 2 Tbsp oil, when the oil is hot put the mixture in in. Slow the heat. Put cottage and cheddar cheese on top. Cook on very low heat for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven. When the omelet is cooked from below, remove the fry pan from the burner and put it in the oven until it is finely cooked from the top also.
When its done take it out from the oven and dish it in the plate. Serve it with bread slices.
