Try Alexander's easy smoothie milk shake recipe.
2 - 3 cups of milk (your choice)
1 cup of ice cream (any flavor)
hand full of ground-up chocolate chips
50 grams (1/4/cup) of vanilla yogurt
a drop of honey
Add milk, ice cream, chocolate chips, yogurt and a drop of honey for extra sweetness. Blend in a blender for 1-2 minutes. Pour and drink. Enjoy!
