Scrambled Eggs in Microwave

Quick recipe for scrambled eggs in the microwave.

2 tablespoons milk
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1 cup grated cheese
3 medium eggs (or 2 large eggs)
a microwaveable bowl
lightly browned toast(optional)

Step 1. Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2. Pour the milk and mix.
Step 3. Add the grated cheese and mix.
Step 4. Add the salt and pepper.
Step 5. Mix everything together thoroughly.
Step 6. Put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes or more.

Serve on toast or plain. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
