Rice Bubble Slice

You can add shredded coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit or anything else to this recipe for kids.


1/2 cup white caster sugar
125 grams butter
2 tablespoon honey
4 Cups Rice Bubbles/Rice Krispies

In a bowl put 4 cups of Rice Bubbles (Rice Krispies). Turn stove top on and place a non-stick pot on the stove, add sugar, butter,and honey to the pot and stir till boiling, simmer for 6 minutes.

Stirring constantly. Add mixture to Rice Bubbles making sure mixture covers rice bubbles. Place in a lined tray. Place in fridge to cool for about 20 minutes.

Then slice into pieces and enjoy!!!
