Red sesame cooldooles is an innovation by me. As the name suggests it's a cool recipe of red spicy noodles topped with sesame seeds Indian style which sets it apart from the rest.

Ingredients:

100 grams (4 ounces) noodles
red dried chillies/Indian cayenne pepper (about 1 cut into small pieces or as per taste)
1 teaspoon red chili paste(or as per taste)
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
salt as per taste
1 sprig spring onion
6 button mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
a few sesame seeds, lightly toasted
**You may add any other vegetables or meat of your choice.

Boil the noodles. Cut the veggies into tiny pieces. Soak 1 red chili in some water and grind it into a paste.

In a wok add some oil, then ginger garlic paste, vegetables, vinegar, soy sauce, red chili cut into pieces and the red chili paste. Saute on high heat until the veggies are half cooked.

Now add the boiled noodles, salt and saute for 2 minutes. The red chili paste imparts a fiery taste and red color to the noodles.

Serve the cooldooles topped with the sesame seeds.
