Quick Noodle Fritters

This is a good recipe for Noodle Fritters to disguise the vegies!
2 packets instant noodles
1 courgette, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 medium brown onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup peas
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour (more or less)
2 tablespoons oil
Break the dry noodles up, cook in water for 2 minutes. Drain. Add flavor sachets, and everything else except the oil. Mix well. In frying pan heat oil and add heaped tablespoons of mixture. Flatten a bit, fry 2 - 3 minutes each side until lightly browned. Serve with tomato or soya sauce.
