Pumpkin Pancakes

What better way to start Halloween than with spiced pumpkin pancakes topped with whipped cream and maple syrup!

15 ounce can pumpkin
2 eggs
half cup or more milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
box of Bisquick pancake mix
whipped cream (Reddi-wip)
maple syrup
pumpkin spice

Mix pumpkin, eggs, and milk together then add dry ingredients.

Heat a non stick frying pan and wait till water drips move around the pan. When nice and hot pour some batter onto the pan. Cook on one side, carefully flip and continue until done.

Plate up with whipped cream, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.
