Patato Pancake

Well its a Jewish recipe but I'm not Jewish and so my friend Yochanan he's Jewish and he and his mom brought in a dish for everybody.

By the way I'm 10 and so most people were brave enough to try the potato pancake and it was a mixture a pancakes and bits a potatoes it wasn't soft like a pancake or gushy like potatoes it was hard shaped like a pancake smelled really good!

Not sure how to make it but I'm sure you can look it up. Bye,Ashlee
