This yummy pasta recipe tastes a lot like lasagna.
Preheat oven to 180C (350F) degrees.
1 pound lean steak mince (ground beef)
2 cloves garlic, through garlic press
1 large onion finely chopped
1 tin Campbell's condensed tomato soup
1 tin Campbell's condensed chicken soup
1 tin chopped tomatoes
8 ounces of grated cheese
500 grams of dried pasta shapes
salt and pepper to season
Soak pasta in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Brown mince and drain any excess fat. Add onions and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients (keep half of the cheese for the topping).
Mix well and place in oven proof dish, sprinkle over remaining cheese, cover with lid or tin foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
