No Bake Cheesecake

This easy cheese cake may be topped with any fruit, but is also delicious plain!

15 ounces graham crackers
1 stick butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 can condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Crush graham crackers with a rolling pin or in a mixer. Melt butter in the microwave. Mix the melted butter with the crushed graham crackers to make the crust.

Spread the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of an 8 inch pan.

Next, beat the cream cheese. Beat in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
Mix together until the batter is smooth.

Pour on top of the crust. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
