Lamington Train

by Cammie

Australians love to eat Lamingtons, a cake (sponge or pound cake) cut into small squares and dipped in chocolate, then rolled in shredded coconut. This recipe uses Lamingtons and lollies (candies) to make a cute train.

Ingredients:

1 packet of Lamingtons
Some lollies or candies

Method:

Start by piling up all the Lamingtons in to the shape of a train. On all of the Lamingtons that are on the top, use a knife to scoop out a little of the Lamington to form train carriages. Get the lollies (gummy bears preferably) and sit them in the carriages. You can add Life Savers candies to make the train wheels.

There you have it, a Lamington train!!
