Hawaiian Chicken Pasta Tartlets

The most fun part in this recipe is the fact that sausages are being cooked in a Hawaiian flavor. Another twist in the story is the idea of combining three key ingredients (sausages, spaghetti and pastry crust) into one. In the following recipe, I tried to come up with something easy, wholesome and fun to make. So folks, here's the recipe, ENJOY!

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken sausage slices
4 tablespoons pineapple chunks
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
150 grams (5 ounces) parboiled spaghetti
1 teaspoon pineapple jam
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup sliced black olives
a pinch of salt
a pinch of thyme
8 to 10 prepared mini pastry shells

Preheat the oven at 400 F degrees (200 C). Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except the pastry shells. Fill the pastry shells with the chicken and spaghetti filling. Place the shells on a lightly greased oven tray and bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
