These delicious fried vegetable cutlets are an Indian delight.
salt to taste
First put bread crumbs, green peas, coriander, and green chilies together in the mixer and mix it well and keep the mixture aside.
Then boil the potato and mix the mixture with it.
Then make cutlets of the mixture and dip in the flour and keep aside for two minutes.
Then cook the cutlets on a pan with oil until they become golden brown and serve hot.
