I came up with this recipe one day when I had nothing to do so I made it and both me and my family loved it.


2 bananas
10 strawberries
2 cups banana yogurt
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup milk
5-15 ice cubes
1/2 cup almonds

Start by peeling and cutting the bananas, then cut the strawberries and put them in with the bananas.

Pour the cinnamon in, pour in the milk and however many ice cubes you choose.

Blend, and when blended for about 15 seconds pour in the almonds and blend for another 30 seconds.

Pour and serve for a healthy and delicious treat.
