This lasagna is easy to make, delicious and cheesy!
1 package of lasagna noodles
2 tubs of cottage cheese
1 pound of ground chicken, beef or turkey (whatever you prefer)
1 can/jar of spaghetti sauce
3 bags of shredded cheese, your choice
1 tablespoon of salt (optional)
1 cap of vegetable oil
First Preheat the oven to 325F degrees (160C), then cook the noodles in boiled water with a cap full of vegetable oil and tablespoon of salt; bring to a boil.
Cook the ground beef until cooked thoroughly. Add spaghetti sauce and mix well. Keep heat on low and let simmer. Then grab a cake pan or something similar and place three noodles at the bottom, next to each other in a row.
Add the ground beef with spaghetti sauce and spread it on top of the noodles, then add a layer of cottage cheese and spread that on top of the meat, then sprinkle cheese.
Repeat those steps about two more times or until your pan is full. On your last layer put three lasagna noodles on top covering your previous layer. Sprinkle lots of cheese on top.(;
You then may place your lasagna in the oven for about 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
