Easy-to-make Cream Cheese Icing

This icing tastes great with red velvet cupcakes!!

2 large egg whites
3 cups confectioner's sugar,sifted
1/2 stick cream cheese

Take egg white and whisk well. Sift and add confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Mix well with blender. When well mixed add in cream cheese and keep mixing. Once fluffy spread on cake or cupcakes.
