Dates and Biscuits Squares

Combine the sweetness of dates and coconut for delicious no-bake squares.


500 grams (17 ounces) pitted dates
30 rich tea biscuits
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

Put the dates and butter in a pan over medium heat, stirring all time until it becomes like a paste. Then add the crushed biscuits. Add the coconut and mix together.

Pour the mixture in a 30 cm (12") tray and press down. Sprinkle small amount of coconut over the top leave for 2 hours and then cut into squares.
