250 grams cottage cheese 1 red onion 1 red capsicum (red pepper) Soya Sauce Vinegar Sichuan Sauce Oil
1. Cut cottage cheese into dices. 2. Also chop the above vegetables finely. 3. Heat oil in pan and shallow fry all the above ingredients until they become golden brown. 4. Add soya sauce and vinegar (add spices if you want to). 5. Eat with Sichuan sauce.
