Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Whip up a simple banana and strawberry smoothie. Add some ginkgo biloba for a nutty flavor.


Ingredients:

1 banana
1 cup of whole milk
1 cup yogurt (preferably strawberry banana yogurt)
4 large strawberries

Directions:

Blend the banana and strawberries with the milk and yogurt until a smooth creamy texture is formed.

***For those who would like to add a shot of protein, ginkgo biloba, or other item such as nuts, this smoothie is perfect for it.
