Eyeball Tacos

Serve up a healthy and spooky Halloween meal for kids.

Ingredients:

12 meatballs
1 jar taco sauce
2 cups lettuce
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
1 package taco shells
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
12 pimento stuffed green olives

Make tacos that have "eyeballs" using the above ingredients.

Stick an olive in each meatball and serve meatballs on top of each stuffed taco shell - with some "bloody" taco sauce drizzled on top. Creepy!
