Super Fast and Easy Tomato and Egg Soup

This soup tastes great with steamed rice and it's easy to make.

3 tomatoes
2 eggs
7-10 fresh minced shrimp or a handful of dried shrimp
salt and pepper

Cut your tomatoes in slices, then put in a microwavable bowl and add a bit of water. Microwave for in 1 minute.

Boil about 400 ml (1 3/4 cups) of water. Add the shrimp and the microwaved tomato. Add salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and pour into the soup. Turn off the cooker when the shrimp is cooked. Serve hot!
