1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup granola 1 cup sliced strawberries 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Makes 2 servings.
1. Place 1/4 cup of yogurt in bottom of two glasses. 2. Top with one tablespoon of granola. 3. Top with 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries. 4. Repeat the layers as much as wanted. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of the maple syrup over each parfait.
