Strawberry and Marshmallow Cake Surprise

Try this unique easy cake recipe!!

1 packet strawberry jelly (gelatin)
1 cup thinly sliced strawberries
Miniature marshmallows, as required
2 cups whipped cream
6 tablespoons caster sugar

Dissolve the jelly with two cups of boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in sliced strawberries into the jelly. Pour the jelly into a square shaped cake mold and refrigerate until set.

Whisk cream with caster sugar. Coat the prepared jelly with whipped cream. Fill each side of the jelly slab with a layer of marshmallows, except the bottom of the jelly slab. Spread the remaining cream on top. Garnish with strawberries. Serve chilled.
