Spaghetti Bolognese

by Anika
(Queensland, Australia)

Make this favorite Australian-Italian dish. It's easy!

1 packet of spaghetti
Sprinkle of mozzarella
Tomato paste
Pepper
Salt
2 cups of water
200 grams (1/2 pound) beef, ground
a tablespoon of vegetable oil

Pour the water into a sauce pan and bring it to a boil it on the stove. Once the water is bubbling, put the spaghetti into the water and take the sauce pan off the stove to let it cool down.

In the meantime, prepare your beef, mash the beef into little bits and put them in a wok and fry them with vegetable oil until the beef is ready.

Mix the tomato paste with the beef and add a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and pepper and salt. Pour the mixture on the spaghetti after it has been drained and enjoy your very own spaghetti bolognese!
