Mini Meatball Subs

Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 can spaghetti sauce grated mozzarella cheese (to taste) hoagie buns Directions: Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and seasoning salt. Shape into 1 1/2" sized balls. Brown them in a skillet, add spaghetti sauced and simmer for 15 minutes. Add meatballs and sauce into the hoagie buns and spread mozzarella cheese on top and enjoy them! __________________________________________________ I have 2 kids, a 9 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. My girl eats basically everything but my boy is the pickiest boy I've ever seen. But for the first time he ate so well!!!!!!!! That's why I decided to share this recipe with all the desperate moms.
