The saltiness of the peanut butter and the sweetness of the jam make this toasted bacon sandwich a winner.

2 slices bread
Jam (your favorite flavor)
Peanut butter
Bacon strips

Toast bread and spread peanut butter on one slice while toast is hot (so it will melt) and jam on the other slice. Fry bacon and sandwich it between the bread.
