Halloween Fruit 'n Nutty Carrot Slice

Ingredients:

1/2 cup dates, pitted
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pistachio nuts
2 cups carrots, grated
1/4 cup honey

Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Grease a 9" square glass baking dish. Chop nuts and dates. In a bowl, mix ingredients together. Spoon out mixture onto baking dish and spread around.

Bake for 30 minutes. Slice up and serve on Halloween.
