Fruity Tooty Smoothie

A super fruity smoothie for quick energy.


Ingredients:

4 strawberries
7 blueberries
½ a banana
½ an orange
½ an apple
1 teaspoon of honey
50 ml (1/4 cup) of yogurt

Method:

1. Cut all your fruit in small pieces. Make sure they are small enough as they won’t be blended later.

2. Get yogurt and honey and pour it in a mixing bowl.

3. After put your fruit in a bowl then start blending.

4. When you are finished blending get a cup and start drinking.
