Frosting for Fruit

by Tanya Shankles
(Trona, California, US)

If you like cheesecake, you will love this smooth and creamy dip. You can also use this as a frosting for cakes, cupcakes, or topping on fruit pies.

1 jar marshmallow creme
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
fresh strawberries

Combine all ingredients. Mix with hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Serve as a dip with plenty of fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed.

Fruit Dip
by: Anonymous

I use this ALOT for fruit dip, but put in one single packet of red kool-aid. It makes it colored so not to get mixed up with the other veggie dips around. You could use any color or this (grape, orange, etc.)
