Fabulous Fruit Salad Smoothie

Fruity smoothie to cool you down on a hot day and give you energy.


You will need:

a quarter of a pine apple
2 apples
200 mls (3/4 cup) apple juice
half a melon
4-5 strawberries
8 blueberries

Blend all ingredients together, except for the blueberries, then pour into 2 glasses. Then put 4 blueberries on each.

Makes smoothies for 2.
