Easy Peasy Chocolate Balls

by Alaska Upton-Gill
(New Zealand)

We love them made with chocolate mint biscuits but toffee pops biscuits are great too.

Ingredients:

250 gram pack cream cheese
250 gram pack of your favorite chocolate biscuits/cookies
cocoa powder, hot chocolate powder, or shredded coconut

1 - Crush biscuits to crumbs, with a few chunkier bits. This is really fun - put them in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin.

2 - Put crushed biscuits into a bowl.

3 - Mix in the cream cheese.

4 - Roll into balls. Makes about 25.

5 - To finish, roll balls in either cocoa, hot chocolate powder, or coconut. Choose something to suit the flavor of the biscuits.
