Easy Choc Brownies

Making brownies from scratch couldn't be easier.


150 grams (2/3 cup) butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa

Cream butter and sugar until nice and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat with mixer on low speed. Mix flour and cocoa.

Bake at 160C (325F) degrees for 25-35 minutes.
