Dream Fudge

by Nicole
(Houston, Texas, U.S.)

Try these delicious, sweet smelling dream brownies.

1 bag of Ghirardelli chocolate chips
1 cup of marshmallow cream

Put the marshmallow cream into a frying pan. Turn on the stove and place it on the stove.

After it is fairly mushy, slowly mix in the chocolate chips.

Then, remove from the frying pan, and transfer into a brownie pan.

Heat oven to 425F (220 C) degrees. Place the brownie pan in the oven. Bake until golden brown.

Note from Clarissa: Ghirardelli chocolate chips are bittersweet chocolate chips (dark chocolate with 60% cacao). They're made by Ghirardeli, an American chocolate manufacturer in San Fransisco. Their chocolate is top quality! If you're outside the US you can buy dark chocolate chips to use for this recipe.

Just a question
by: RACHEL NZ

Can you tell me what Ghirardelli chocolate chips are? Are they just chocolate chips or are they something different, also what is marshmallow cream? Is it melted marshmallow or something you can buy. We don't have either in New Zealand.
