Chocolate Fridge Cake

A rich chocolaty no-bake dessert that is perfect for summer.

200 grams of a mix of dark and milk chocolate
100+ rich tea biscuits, depending on how chocolaty you want it to be
9 or 10 cut up marshmallows (optional)
115 grams butter (to melt)

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Crumble up biscuits into small crumbs. Then, mix the chocolate mix and the biscuits together, adding more crumbled up biscuit if you want to. Add the marshmallows. Next, cover shallow, flat tin/bowl with the mix. press down with a spatula, then leave in fridge to cool. Easy!
