Cheese Egg Wedges

Easy cheesy egg recipe.

Ingredients:

1 well beaten egg
half cup full cream milk
half cup crushed salty biscuits (saltine crackers)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons melted butter

Method:

Combine egg and milk then add this mixture to the crushed biscuits.

Stir only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Add half the quantity of cheese and spread this dough in a greased 21 x 4 cms deep round baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and sesame seeds on top. Bake it.
