Creamy White Chocolate Cheesecake
by: Clarissa the Mom Chef

Hi Farahdiena!

My daughter, Therese, is 10 also and she loves white chocolate! It's so sweet and yummy. Here's a creamy cheesecake recipe using white chocolate chips. You can use any kind of berries you like (fresh or frozen).

Let me know how it turns out!

Creamy White Chocolate Cheesecake with Berries

1 9-inch Graham cracker pie crust
1 16-ounce bag white chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 16-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup whipped cream
1 cup berries, thawed if frozen (raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries)

Melt white chocolate chips and butter in the microwave, cooking for 30 seconds
on high, then stir, then cook for another 30 seconds until melted.

Remove from microwave. Add sugar to white chocolate mixture and stir. Next add cream cheese and whipped cream. Stir well. Add berries and stir some more.

Spoon into pie crust using a spatula, then spread over the top so it is nice and smooth. Refrigerate overnight (12 hours at least).
