Tuna-Cucumber Delight Sandwich

Make this healthy sandwich with canned tuna. It's good for you!


canned tuna (preferably in vegetable oil)
paprika
Italian herbs
mayonnaise
cayenne pepper
pepper sauce (optional)
sugar
cucumber
lettuce
2 slices of bread

Open canned tuna and empty into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, paprika, Italian herbs and stir together. Then add cayenne pepper and pepper sauce if you desire. Mix contents together. Sprinkle a bit of sugar and stir.

Take two slices of bread and spread the tuna on one slice. On the other slice place your lettuce and sliced cucumbers.
