Tropical Bahamas Fruit Drink

by Alice
(New South Wales, Australia)

This is the best drink in the summer!

1 cup milk
Handful of dessicated coconut(you can add less-it all depends on personal preference)
1 large scoop of lemon sorbet or gelato
A pinch of caster or raw sugar
Half a can of pineapple with juice
A handful of frozen raspberries
One passion fruit
One or two ice cubes
Whipped Cream

Put all of the ingredients EXCEPT THE PASSION FRUIT AND THE WHIPPED CREAM AND THE PINEAPPLE AND THE RASPBERRIES inside your blender.

Cut the passion fruit in half and push the entire contents through a fine wire sieve. Discard pulp and pour juice into blender. Strain the half can of pineapple and put in the pineapple chunks. Add as much pineapple JUICE as desired.

Pulse in blender on crush ice mode for 2-3 minutes. Put in the raspberries and press the crush ice button for ONE SECOND ONLY! Pour into tall glasses, squirt over whipped cream and drop in extra raspberries and a pinch of dessicated coconut.
