Sugar Bunny Frosting

by Katie Heffely
(Australia, Melbourne)

You can apply this frosting gently on cupcakes or cakes. If you want a pink icing add red coloring. It's perfect for a birthday or a celebration like Easter.

1/2 cup icing sugar/powdered sugar (sifted)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tablespoon milk

Mix the milk and melted butter while you sift the sugar. Then mix them in a large bowl with vanilla essence. Mix until it reaches a fluffy and soft texture.
