Stir Fry Asian Noodles with Fresh Veggies

Whip up this veggie noodle stir-fry in your wok.
Thin Asian noodles
2 thin carrots, sliced thin
1/2 cup frozen peas, washed and drained
4 green onions
1/4 cup oil in wok
Soy sauce to taste
Prepare noodles and set aside to be stir fried with carrots. Add oil to wok. Heat oil slightly in wok and add carrots. As carrots become tender add Asian noodles.
Add soy sauce. Lightly toss noodles, carrots and soy sauce together. Heat thoroughly and put in a serving dish or keep on very low heat on the stove. Presentation of the dish is enhanced by the addition of peas and onions, as garnish.
