Simple Brown Rice Stir Fry

Sauteed vegetables on a bed of brown rice for a healthy meal.


1/2 red and green bell pepper
1/3 onion
1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons grape seed oil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
pepper and salt to taste
2-4 cups cooked brown rice

Saute bell peppers in grape seed oil for one minute on medium to high. Next add onions and garlic. After two minutes add onion powder, cayenne pepper, and pepper and salt.

Now put rice into bowls and and the mixture on top.
