Sausage Rolls

Easy sausage rolls are perfect for parties or just for a snack.


Puff pastries
8 sausages
1 egg


Boil the sausages and put them into a bowl. Take the puff pastries and keep them out for a while. Then take a puff pastry and a sausage and roll it and cover the sides.

Then crack an egg and whisk it. After whisking the egg take a food brush and apply some whisked egg on the sausage rolls and make three lines across each roll. Then put them on a tray in the oven and turn it on to 180C (350F) degrees.

Your sausage rolls are ready.

Serves 8.
