Salad in a Wrap
Make your own salad wrap for a healthy choice.
- Whichever salad you like
- Salad Dressing
- Carrots (optional)
- Grapes (optional)
- Tomatoes (optional)
- Whole wheat tortilla
And whatever else you like in salad.
1. You get all the ingredients and pour them into a bowl.
2. You get the salad you chose and you pour it in.
3. You then mix it all.
4. Get a spoon and scoop some up and put it inside the tortilla. (At least put 4 spoons)
5. Roll it up, and Enjoy your Salad Wrap.
