Quick Pasta Bake

Serve this tasty pasta bake with salad and toasted garlic bread.
10-14 ounces pasta spirals
1 onion, finely chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
4 sausages, cooked and sliced
1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 cloves crushed garlic
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1. Boil pasta for approximately 13 minutes until tender.
2. Fry onion, mushroom, garlic and sausage.
3. Drain pasta, add fried ingredients and can of chopped tomatoes. Mix well.
4. Place in large oven dish, cover with cheese and bake at 160C (325F) degrees for 15 minutes.
