Poire Belle Helene

Poire Belle Helene is the name of a dessert with vanilla ice cream, pear halves and chocolate sauce.

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 banana
1/2 cup pear puree (or mashed pear with a little sugar)
milk to make up to the 500ml line
2 heaped tablespoons hot chocolate powder

Blend and enjoy!

Makes 2 tall glasses or 3 moderate servings.
