Peanut Butter Cookies

by Krystal
(Arlington, Texas, US)

Easy peanut butter cookie recipe.

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375F (190C) degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. Lightly grease your cookie pan so they won't stick. Then take a tablespoon of dough and put it on the cookie sheet. Fill your sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

If you want your cookies to stay soft as soon as you take them out of the oven put them in your freezer for about 3 mins ( dont take off the pan til they come out the freezer!!!!)

Amazing and simple!
by: Margaret

I had my doubts about a cookie recipe with 3 ingredients and no flour. I WAS WRONG!! These cookies were easy to make and turned out perfectly. The hardest thing was keeping people away from them while they cooled. I made 2 batches and had to put some aside before they were all gone. Thanks very much.

Delicious & Sooo Easy
by: Anonymous

Didn't think they would be any good when my friend told me the recipe but I tried them anyway. They turned out GREAT! She used chunky peanut butter or chopped peanuts but creamy is good for kids who don't like nuts.
